Q: I can’t figure out the template. Can you design my button for me?
A: Ah, nope we don’t design buttons. We make buttons. We don’t offer any graphic design help. We can place your image in our template. But that is it.

Q: What is your average turn around time?
A: Our average turn around time for 2-3 business days.
Q: What type of files do you accept for designs?
A: For the best results please use our templates located on the main home page. We can also accept pretty much any type of file you send as long as it is 300 dpi. We can also use less than 300 dpi designs but can not be held responsible for slight color shifts. Don’t send us a tiny 10×10 pixel icon that was snatched off of your band’s site. It has to be big enough for print, not the web. In other words, it will look like shit.
Q: Can you guys put my design/logo on the template for me?
A: Yes, no problem. We will put your design/logo on the button as big as it will fit in the center. But do you wear bifocals? Because if you want to be able to to read it in a 1″ space it has to be a nice clear image or font. Don’t get too wordy.
Q: Can I split my order up into different designs for the same price for that quantity?
A: Yes you can. Just send us the appropriate artwork.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We prefer PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check) or you can also send us a money order or check.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do but you have to pay the extra shipping charges.
Q: How many colors can I have on my button?
A: One color. Just kidding. As many as you would like! Unlike many other companies, full-color printing is included in our standard pricing.
